By using QuickReply or receiving messages through the service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Description

QuickReply is an SMS-based communication service that helps home service businesses such as plumbers, electricians, and HVAC companies respond to missed calls and customer inquiries.

2. Message Types

Missed call responses

Automatic replies sent after a customer calls a participating business and the call is not answered.

Service conversations

SMS messages used to understand the customer’s issue, confirm details, and continue the conversation.

Scheduling coordination

Messages about availability, appointment timing, and job-related logistics.

Follow-ups and review requests

Post-quote, post-service, and review request messages related to an existing customer interaction.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the customer’s interaction with a participating business.

4. Fees

Message and data rates may apply depending on the customer’s mobile carrier plan.

5. Opt-In

Customers opt in by contacting a participating business via phone call or SMS. By doing so, they consent to receive SMS messages related to their inquiry, job request, scheduling, and follow-up communication.

6. Opt-Out Instructions

Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, they will no longer receive SMS messages through QuickReply for that conversation flow unless they re-initiate contact.

9. Limitations of Liability
